My troubles started last Monday, too. I'm still not fully back to normal either which SUCKS because I am going to be stuck at the hospital all day tomorrow and have plans Wed and Thurs, too, no time to rest. I feel the same with the muscle relaxers, though mine aren't um, prescribed lol. Doc just gave me Tramadol. But the massage therapist stretched me out and stuff, which reminds me, I'm supposed to call her tonight... Whoa, you and me both. My troubles started last Monday, too. Not much can be done, hurts like hell, but once it realigns the pain goes away. Certain chiropractic carecan help if you arein to that sort of treatment. Hope you feel better.
